How soon can we start?
To ensure you have enough time to prepare for your project and complete the required pre-work, we advise booking at least 1 month ahead of your actual project start date. Heads up! Depending on the season and flow of business, our availability may be limited. We only take on a few select clients each year to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.
What platform do you build on?
For this package, we specialize in Squarespace, but also support e-commerce clients interested in Shopify.
How long will the process take?
This package is delivered in approximately 8 weeks unless you’ve purchased one of our available add-ons. Heads up! We have many collaborative deadlines with fast turnaround times to ensure we can deliver our projects quickly and on time. Also, we recommend allowing at least 1 month between booking and the start of your project to ensure you have enough time to complete your client pre-work.
What is the payment process?
For “Launch My website”, your total will be broken down into two equal payments. Your first payment is due when you book your project. Your final payment is due prior to final files being delivered. We accept debit/credit cards as well as bank transfers.
Do you have a retainer fee?
Yes. We book many clients who are looking to get a website up as soon as possible. Once we book your project dates, that means we do not book anyone else for that slot. The retainer fee is non-refundable to make sure that we can honor the dates we've set aside for you, and for our other clients.
