Urban Realty Co., Inc. (URC) is a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 35 years of distinguished, high—profile experience, URC partners with institutional and private investors in the acquisition, development, and management of assets. URC hired Le Sagittarius to build a new Squarespace website to modernize the online showcase of their services. We collaborated with URC to review their business to identify clear, strategic goals and content priorities. We then crafted a site styling direction (fonts, color palette, graphic treatments) and custom-designed all of their page layouts, including each of their case studies. To create a cohesive, elevated, professional look, we mixed confident and classic fonts with a strong, rich blue and a curated set of bold, San Francisco imagery.
