BESPOKE STRATEGY

A professional brand strategist will guide you through our signature strategy exercises to define and formalize a clear vision for your brand.

HIGH TOUCH & 10-DAY DESIGN PROCESS

Over the course of 2 weeks, we’ll collaborate closely with you to develop a custom kit of essential brand elements, including your logo.

BRAND MOOD BOARD

Once we define your strategy and conduct our own market research, we will work with you to compile visual inspiration in the form of a mood board to align on a vision before we start designing.

LOGO DESIGN

A custom logo to represent your business. This includes a primary wordmark followed by a submark and iconic mark.

COLORS & FONTS

We’ll define your brand styling strategies, including color palette, fonts, and any patterns to ensure you have a visually consistent approach for all of your marketing.

BRAND STYLE GUIDE

We’ll integrate everything into a ‘Brand Style Guide’ so you have a clear plan and resource for how to use (and not use) your new branding elements after we’re done.

How soon can we start?

To ensure you have enough time to prepare for your project and complete the required pre-work, we advise booking at least 2 weeks ahead of your actual project start date. Heads up! Depending on the season and flow of business, our availability may be limited. We only take on a few select clients each year to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.

How long will the process take?

Our turnaround times for the “Brand My Business” package is approximately 4 weeks unless you’ve purchased one of our available add-ons, which may extend the delivery timing. The process is broken into two phases: 1) Strategy and 2) Design. Heads up! We have deadlines and sometimes short turnaround times to ensure we deliver our projects quickly and on time.

What is the payment process?

For “Brand My Business”, your total will be broken down into two equal payments. The first payment is due at the time you book your project. The final payment is due prior to your final files being delivered. We accept debit/credit cards as well as bank transfers.

Do you have a retainer fee?

Yes. We book many clients who are looking to get support as soon as possible. Once we book the project dates for you, we do not book anyone else for those dates. The retainer fee is non-refundable to make sure that we can honor the dates we've set aside for you and for our other clients.
